Bristol City Council's New eProcurement System Public Launch

The system we use to commission and manage contracts over £15,000 will change in early 2016.

As of 25th January all new tendering commissions will be processed via our new system ProContract.

ProContract has many benefits, including:

• It’s easy to use and intuitive
• A single registration process for the majority of Councils in the South West
• The ability to save your company information and use it for multiple procurement processes
• A smooth transition between procurement and contract management
• An accurate notifications system so that you are only contacted about opportunities that are appropriate for your organisation
• Clear video tutorial support throughout the procurement process
• Quicker procurement processes

Bristol City Council would like to invite you to our public launch of the system being held on 8 March 2016 available presentation slots are as follows.

Slots: Slot 1 - 9am-9:45am

Slot 2 - 10:00 -10:45am

Slot 3 11:00 – 11:45 noon

Slot 4 1:30pm - 2:15pm (added due to high demand)
